An old mansion, dating back to the Byzantine Era, built on the slopes of Mt Parnon at south-eastern Peloponese, at a dreamy countryside, has been renovated with zeal and respect to the environment, keeping all its older character by the new owners. It is used now to house the excellent Kinsterna Hotel & Spa, where, every moment you stay, at all times of the year, is an unforgetable experience.

You can also look up some older posts of mine in my blog, about the activities taking place at the grounds of the hotel, such as the collection of olives and the production of olive oil using older tradditional methods, the production of moonshine (tsipouro) from the remains of the crushed grapes after exctracting the wine, the kneading and making of bread in the old oven etc.
