In front of the Monastery of St.Marcella (Aghia Marcella) on the northwest of the island of Chios, there is a beautiful sandy beach. it was almost deserted.

Μπροστά στο Μοναστήρι της Αγίας Μαρκέλλας, στην βορειοδυτική πλευρά της Χίου, υπάρχει μια όμορφη αμμουδερή παραλία. Ήταν σχεδόν έρημη.

At another sandy beach, Limnia, a little further south, there were some people enjoying the sun and the water. But again this one was far from crowded also.
