A promising(?) new(2 days old) moon over the western horizon tonight (30 minutes ago). What promises does it bring? To who does it bring promises?

Une prometteuse (?) Nouvelle (2 jours) la lune ce soir, (avant 30 minutes), sur l'horizon ouest. Quelles sont les promesses qu'elle apporte? Pour qui ne l'amener promesses?
