Welcome back, Costas!
So close as 10 feets, that must have been thrilling. Great photos; I'm not sure about myself keeping calm in such a situation ;-)

Costas... I am so glad you're back! I have missed your insightful camera lense, and have checked back to see if you're home on more than one occasion. Virtually... I am drinking the glass of friendship with you today. Santé!

I appreciate the beauty of the photos taken with the 300mm lens. You have a very steady hand - and a photographer's eye! Lovely, Costas!

I have to say that, though I love all of these amazing pictures, I DO have a favorite - that being the 2nd one - with this beautiful eagle flying in front of the hazy landscape. Absolutely perfect.

We recently had a pair of eagles hatch little babies in a nest near the river a few miles from my house. The had a web cam on the so we could watch the process. It was so stunning to see the parents out flying and hunting. Great shots.

Amazing shots of the eagle in both of your posts Costas. It must have been exciting to get so close to the raptor.
