Bermuda buttercup (Oxalis) is a plant which was brought to Crete from elsewhere. But it is growing everywhere now, especially in cultivated areas. It is blooming at this period and the bees are visiting it frequently for food.

Hello, Costas! We have oxalis in Romania, in pots and it is dark pink or red. I have not seen yellow Oxalis. Thanks for showing it to me!
Ομορφες "macro" όπως τις λέτε....

Beautiful colors here Costas.
Wishing you a nice week.
Greetings,

Beautiful photos with a nice yellow color.
I like the pollen sacs on bees. Many plants like this started as hay being transported for or in livestock.
Thanks for visiting my blog today Costas. It's my birthday! Your bee stuck around for so many photos or you shot pretty quickly. Nice captures.
Love the Buttercups, appreciate the bees;) Have a great week Costas~
Amazing and beautiful!
Beautiful shots! The colors are wonderful and I can almost fell the warmth.
How interesting. We have that plant here too. They call it 'the English one' because they say it was introduced from S.Africa during the British period. I think it is also called Cape Sorrel. Lovely photos.
You almost convinced me that spring was outside my window!!!!
BTW, I"m having Greek olives as I write this. Delicious!
