The beaches at Aghia Marcella and Limnia. Chios. Οι παραλίες της Αγίας Μαρκέλλας και των Λιμνιών. Χίος
In front of the Monastery of St.Marcella (Aghia Marcella) on the northwest of the island of Chios, there is a beautiful sandy beach. it was almost deserted.
Μπροστά στο Μοναστήρι της Αγίας Μαρκέλλας, στην βορειοδυτική πλευρά της Χίου, υπάρχει μια όμορφη αμμουδερή παραλία. Ήταν σχεδόν έρημη.
At another sandy beach, Limnia, a little further south, there were some people enjoying the sun and the water. But again this one was far from crowded also.
Λίγο πιο νότια, μια άλλη παραλία, τα Λιμνιά, είχαν αρκετό κόσμο που απολάμβανε το νερό και τον ήλιο. Αλλά και αυτή δεν ήταν γεμάτη.

What a clean and uncrowded beach. It must get packed during the hot summer months. When I first saw your header shot, I thought it was a scene of the San Francisco Bay ... until I saw the white building and fence in the foreground! Beautiful! Thanks for stopping by!
