One good deed deserves another.

The little fellow was trying to cross the street and I saw him the last moment. I had to help him cross faster to avoid an accident.

  1. Kostas- You are a man after my own heart! We have box turtles here in Tennessee who die by the hundreds trying to get across the highways in June as they try to find a mate-

  5. nice that you did that Costas. I tried it a couple times for tortoises. One though that was in the middle of a road actually spun around like a catherine-wheel (fire-cracker) and kind of hissed at me (if I remember rightly!). I decided to leave well enough alone... Enjoyed your photographs.

  9. Nice of you to help it cross the road. Cute little fellow, I can see some similarities to the desert tortoises we have here.
