I have a blue plumbago blooming now, but only in a south window. I see it all the time in photos of Mediterranean gardens, but it is not hardy in Nashville. Lantanas are starting to survive winters here though, and are perfectly hardy on the Gulf Coast. I am not surprised these thrive in Greece, where it is warm enough to grow olives!
