Acropolis in the evening light. Η Ακρόπολις στο βραδυνό φως.

A couple of weeks ago, I was walking around Acropolis of Athens. It was late in the day, just a little before the sunset. There were many people around. Because the national opera theater of Greece would be performing Giuseppe Verdi's "Nabucco" , later at the ancient theater of Herod under Acropolis.

  12. Έχουμε σκεφτεί ποτέ πόσο τυχεροί είμαστε, που τέτοια μοναδικά μνημεία έχουμε;

    Ευχαριστώ Κωστή για την απόλαυση!

  13. Another of my favorite memories of Greece! There is simply nothing quite like the Acropolis! The evening program that they had there back when I was there was so moving, exciting, breathtaking! And so are your captures for the day, Costas! Thank you for the memories!
